Behind any successful organization there are countless people working day and night trying their best to work with integrity to serve their people better. With the same goal in mind, team GCA gathered on July 20th at Genesis House of Chess for a training workshop led by Sir Mohammad Sadiq.

Revision of Core Values

During the workshop the rules and guidelines that we live by and that guide us everyday no matter how far we come were carefully reviewed and refined. It allowed the team to reflect on their core responsibilities apart from chess training and reinforce all the values that define us and our training standards for young learners.

Introduction of New Policies for Better Experience

To ensure a more consistent, smoother learning experience for our students, some new policies  and tools were introduced with just one commitment in mind: to serve the GCA community even better.

At GCA, we believe that investing in our team's professional development will make them better mentors, leaders, communicators and role models.

One of the most important parts of the workshop was the exchange of ideas between trainers and management that enable us to learn from each other as a team, grow together and be one of the most united teams out there.
